Kevin brings over 10 years of career development experience SCOIS. He is a member of both the South Carolina Career Development Association (SCCDA) and South Carolina Association for Career and Technical Education (SCACTE). He specializes in providing career development services for special populations, working with Bamberg Job Corps Center, SC Vocational Rehabilitation, Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School, and SC Department of Juvenile Justice.

Ania C. Spigner is the SCOIS Program Assistant. She aids in the establishment of new and existing sites and provides technical assistance for school counselors and career specialists. She is an eager, energetic, and driven individual with a passion for youth and higher education, bringing on a wealth of technical knowledge and customer service expertise to the department. Ania joined the SCOIS team in the Spring of 2023.

Julie Rojek brings over two decades of career counseling experience from Lexington School District One. She has a rich background in training, student and personnel development, with expertise in career guidance, program and curriculum planning, technology applications, presentation skills, and customer service. Julie joined our team in August 2024 and serves the Trident and Lowcountry areas.

Jennifer Minichan boasts over two decades of experience as a school counselor with Aiken County Public Schools. She brings extensive knowledge and a deep passion for community engagement to her role. Her educational background and commitment to student success make her an invaluable asset to SCOIS. Jennifer joined our team in July 2024 and serves the Upper Savannah and Lower Savannah areas.

Dr. Tremekia K. Priester is an Education Associate with the SC Department of Education in the areas of SCOIS, Military Interstate Children's Compact Commission (MIC3)/Purple Star Program, and Student Engagment. Previously she served as a school administrator for both elementary and secondary education, as well as a district consultant in student support services. She has served in the wonderful field of education for 17 years. Tremekia joined the SCOIS team in the summer of 2018.
